Class Meets: Sat/Sun 9am-5pm 5/3, 5/4, 5/10, 5/17

Based on attendance, eligible students will have the required exam loaded in their student dashboard. The exam must be taken on 5/21 and monitored using an online proctor.

Retake Exam must be taken no later than 6/10 by midnight and be monitored using an online proctor.

Topics addressed include selected basic contract law concepts, real estate sales contract preparation, sales contract procedures, closing procedures and closing statement preparation, and real estate license status and education issues.
