Jennifer, a lifelong Raleigh resident with a brief stint in Las Vegas (where, as they say, what happens stays in Vegas), brings a wealth of experience to her role in real estate. With a bachelor’s degree in education, Jennifer spent over a decade teaching music before transitioning to real estate in 2006. Since then, she has ranked in the top 1% of agents in North Carolina and earned the prestigious “Best of Zillow” award for outstanding customer reviews.
Jennifer’s background as a teacher enriches her real estate practice while her experience as an agent has equipped her to be a knowledgeable, relatable real estate instructor. As the owner and broker-in-charge of Moxie Real Estate, she excels in helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Her extensive experience includes managing rental properties, flipping houses, and building new homes, which has given her an understanding of construction, renovations, and repairs. Additionally, she is part of a private lending group which connects investors with financing for flips, new construction, and rental properties.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is an avid tennis player competing in the USTA league, a passionate traveler, and a foodie who loves exploring new restaurants in the Triangle area.

She’s helped many buyers through the building process and many through the purchase of previously owned homes of all types. As a listing agent, she’s specialized in white glove service, making sellers’ experience seamless and easy from beginning to and so enjoys working with clients.
Rebekah’s true passion, from buyers and sellers to training, has been helping others. And that passion transfers into the classroom especially well, where she truly cares about and wants brokers to learn and thrive in their careers. John FitzGerald stands out in the real estate industry as a true leader that brings value to agents in the North Carolina market that few can match. Having lived in the Piedmont region since 1969, his knowledge of the local market is vast, but it’s his love of molding Realtors into top producers that set him apart from the crowd.
As a practicing BIC, John honed unique skills for identifying strengths and talents within his agents that allowed many to achieve a level of success they never imagined possible. His varied experience in the food service industry, new construction, general brokerage, sales management, and leadership roles in real estate lent to his ability to relate with all personality types at a high level and advise agents in diverse matters they may encounter while growing their businesses.
His background in management and leadership, coupled with inspiration from his grandmother, a lifelong Gaston County educator, led John into his current role as a North Carolina Real Estate Commission Licensed Instructor. His passion to help others is evident in his interactions with all agents, whether newly licensed or industry veterans, in the classroom and beyond. Learning the Superior way is John’s commitment.
Certified in SUCCESS® Coaching™, Napoleon Hill, Brian Buffini, and Ninja Coaching curricula, his approach to agent education is all-encompassing. Becoming an Instructor with Superior School of Real Estate was born of John’s desire to give back to the industry and its hard-working agents, allowing him the opportunity to share wisdom gained from over 20 years of experience in real estate with his students and impact their success in business and life.
When he is not teaching, mentoring, and coaching, John enjoys reading, cooking, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and their four-legged family.
I moved to Charlotte over 16 years ago and immediately fell in love with this town’s diversity. I enjoy attending local marketing and musical events. In my spare time a few of my hobbies include writing, cooking, and hiking. My family’s favorite thing to do here is to take a weekend trip to the North Carolina mountains for a little rest and relaxation.
Charlotte conveniently offers the luxury of uptown living as well as quiet mountain retreats, coupled with all four seasons which allows many people to enjoy. Charlotte is becoming well known for its job opportunities, sports, and downtown living, which is great for the work hard, play hard lifestyle. This makes Charlotte the perfect home.
One of the things I love most about being a real estate professional is getting to meet new and exciting people every day. From first time home buyers to relocating from another state, you never know what a day in the office will bring.
Being in the real estate business for the past 11 years I understand that the needs and wants of every client can be different. I am respective of these things because I know buying and selling a home is a sensitive and large commitment.
As a Student Instructor here at Superior School of Real Estate, I enjoy what I do and would love to help you get started in your Real Estate career.
