Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
Information about COVID-19 and your Real Estate Education
At Superior School of Real Estate, it is our priority to ensure the safety of our students, instructors, and employees. We will continue to closely monitor the global concern over COVID-19, however, to keep our students and community safe, we are taking proactive measures to mitigate the potential impact of the virus.
Given the circumstances around COVID-19 and the recent mandatory restrictions put in place by the state of North Carolina and the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, Superior has suspended all classroom courses through April 30th, 2021.
All courses will be available through real-time virtual classrooms on Zoom!
How will my education be impacted?
At this time, we will be suspending all classroom courses and will immediately move to continue your education through a real-time virtual course format.
If you are enrolled in or planning to enroll in a course you will receive your virtual registration link before the course start date. Please ensure your email provider does not filter emails from Superior School, Zoom, or Webex. You will receive an email with a link to access your real-time virtual sessions after filling out the registration form. If you have any issues receiving the link or form please contact customer service at (877) 944-4260.
There will be no change in the course content or quality of your education experience. Your courses will be held in a virtual classroom setting, on the same dates and times as originally scheduled for your on-site classroom courses, so you should expect no impact when it comes to successfully completing your courses. To help supplement your learning, you can also download course PDFs and relevant forms for all Prelicensing, Postlicensing, and CE in our Student Resources menu found here.
Do I have to pay additional fees for the online courses?
There are no additional fees to access your online courses.
How do I access my classes online?
You can access your real-time virtual courses via web browser.
We will email you a registration link which will give you access to your course before the class starts.
What device is required to access the course online?
Any computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device will allow you to access your real-time virtual courses.
How do I know that I’ll be getting the same quality education as in a classroom (what will the online course experience be like)?
There will be no change in the quality of your education and experience. The course material is developed by expert instructors. The instructors will be providing the exact same course content and guidance, with the only difference being delivering the course to you virtually, rather than in an on-site classroom setting. To help supplement your learning, you can also download course PDFs and relevant forms for all Prelicensing, Postlicensing, and CE in our Student Resources menu found here.
Will the online course count toward my credits?
Yes, the real-time virtual courses will count towards your credits in the same way that classroom courses count towards your credits.
If I don’t want to continue my classes online, can I reschedule to take classroom courses at a later date?
Yes, if you’d prefer to wait until the classroom courses resume after April 30th, you can reschedule by going to www.superiorschoolnc.com or you can call our customer support team at 877-944-4260. We have additional support team members available seven days a week to answer your questions and to help you determine what classes will work best for you. There will be no fee to reschedule any of the live courses suspended or canceled due to the restrictions implemented around COVID-19, and if necessary we will provide a full refund for the classroom courses that were suspended or canceled.
