A class hour is defined as 50 minutes of every hour is devoted to instruction.  A scheduled class that runs from 9 am to 4:45 pm will be allowed 70 minutes of break time plus an hour lunch break is built in to the schedule.  Since the class ends at 4:45, 15 minutes of break is already used.  Generally an 8-10 minute break will be given each class hour.
